Ellie Jane Goulding was born in Hereford England on December 30 1986. Tracey Goulding Summers was her mother. Arthur Goulding belonged to a family of undertakers. Goulding is born around 2000. Her sisters are, Isabel and Jordan. The brother of her is Alex. Alex, her brother is an accomplished bassist and Hereford band part of the Hereford Band. She was encouraged by her mother to learn music as a young girl. When she was nine years old, she started learning to play the clarinet. At 14, she started creating her first music however she didn't start seriously writing songs until her college days. Goulding's interest in electronica music began when she was in the process of completing her college education. Through MySpace she got in touch with producer Frankmusik and with his help she developed her own style of folktronica music. Jamie Lillywhite, a scout at the time, who was her manager for a while before taking on the A.&R role in universitiy talent competitions, stumbled upon her. Lillywhite subsequently connected her to the music producer Starsmith who helped with the publication on November 15, 2009 of her debut single Under the Sheets. Starsmith then collaborated on Lights, her debut album. In spite of the fact that they had released Under The Sheets under the independent Label Neon Gold Records, Polydor Records was already holding her contract. Delirium her third studio release came out on the 6th November 2015. The album received good reviews. This album was the reason that she was awarded her very first Grammy Award, for Best Pop Solo Performance. This included the song"Love Me Like You're Do" which was featured on the Fifty Shades of Grey movie soundtrack. The 17th of July, 2020 was the day she debuted her fourth studio album Brightest Blue. The album was released in the U.K. Top spot on the Album Chart.
